- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We routinely have discounts and promotions. We have a standard pricing guide that our technicians can show you exactly what it will cost to do your repair or replacement. We also have volume or discount rate pricing for Expert Care Plan members. We offer upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we get your information regarding your project. We then assign the best Expert to come out to your property and do a thorough evaluation. After the evaluation we will build up several options for you to choose from based on your needs. With your authorization we will complete the work and review everything to make sure you are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service and operation managers have over 30+ years, 20 years, and 19 years of experience. Most of our technicians typically have more than 15 years of experience and are continuing their education on a yearly basis. We are on the cutting edge of new technology and do weekly specialization training and certifications from several manufacturers. We are the factory certified service providers or installers for several manufacturers and are often the preferred vendor to handle special projects by them.
