- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to keep our prices as affordable as possible, without sacrificing the highest quality in service and craftsmanship. However, be sure to ask us about qualifying for a shingle upgrade. Up to 50% of our customers qualify!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to come out and meet with you, hear your needs for the project and craft an estimate that fulfills those desires. Our visit, our recommendations and our estimate is completely free. After choosing us, we detail everything into a contract for the comfort of the customer and move forward with the project. If anything changes from the contract, we will provide pictures and assessments before any change orders are processed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a second generation roofing company with over 45 years of experience. We are always looking for opportunities to learn and grow and stay current with the latest technology in our field.
