Kevin saved me around $800 and fixed my issue in about 5 mins. I had been told by another sprinkler technician (after they dug a huge hole in my front yard!) that I needed a new Stop and Waste for $900. I had my doubts so I reached out to KF Sprinklers for a second opinion. Kevin squeezed me in even though he was super busy, and simply turned my stop and waste fully on (it was not completely open so it was causing water to back up and flood). Since he literally fixed it in 5 mins, he spent the rest of the hour or so he stayed checking my sprinkler heads, resetting my timer and recommending some modifications - and then charged me only $127! Clearly he is an experienced professional that has a toolbox of knowledge that customers can benefit from, as opposed to the many charlatans out there that are either intentionally taking advantage and ripping you off or are simply lacking in enough knowledge of their profession to know how to make a simple fix. I will definitely call on Kevin again when I have any sprinkler system needs and I would urge anyone else to call on his expertise as well. Highly recommend!!!
