The company Costco uses to mount TVs cancelled 3 days in a row and then cancelled our job. BK-WAVE was able to help us same day and their guys were so great - professional and accommodating.

BK-WAVE converted my phone lines to ethernet on my 10-year old home, all 9 lines, replacing RJ-11 plugs with RJ-45 plugs on both ends of each line. They moved one line from the furnace room to an entertainment center and mounted the faceplate professionally. Then they installed the faceplates with keystone-type adapters on all the other lines. I installed the modem, gateway, routers, and switches. Now have a working ethernet with 5 computers, 1 WWW server, 1 network storage device, 2 printers, and 4 streaming entertainment centers all tied into the WWW through my data center. They arrived as scheduled. They did the job in less than 2 hours. I confirmed the ethernet connections on all lines. All lines turned out to work properly. A very professional crew. I could not ask for a better service.Thank you Ben and Natasha
