Ben has been wonderful to work with! We bought a home that was built in the 1990s that had speakers throughout the house. We were told when we bought it that the speakers didnt work anymore. But Ben was able to get them all going again. I love being able to play music through my phone on our house speaker system! He also set up and installed a home theater system as well as several televisions and a strong WiFi system that reaches all points in our rather large home and even outside by the pool. His advice on which equipment to purchase has been very helpful and saved me hours of research. We highly recommend Ben to anyone wanting to upgrade their home A/V system, their internet, or any other smart home features. He knows what he is doing!

BK-WAVE converted my phone lines to ethernet on my 10-year old home, all 9 lines, replacing RJ-11 plugs with RJ-45 plugs on both ends of each line. They moved one line from the furnace room to an entertainment center and mounted the faceplate professionally. Then they installed the faceplates with keystone-type adapters on all the other lines. I installed the modem, gateway, routers, and switches. Now have a working ethernet with 5 computers, 1 WWW server, 1 network storage device, 2 printers, and 4 streaming entertainment centers all tied into the WWW through my data center. They arrived as scheduled. They did the job in less than 2 hours. I confirmed the ethernet connections on all lines. All lines turned out to work properly. A very professional crew. BK-WAVE was totally awesome! He came to install a new projector and went way above and beyond that. He got my surround speakers to work right, hooked up my blue ray DVD player and then checked my WiFi signal through out my house. He gets my highest recommendation!!!
