I LOVED this service! My carpets are 8 yrs old, we have 6 kids and 2 pets (cat and dog). I was ready to rip up the carpets and just have the bare floor. Joel got them SO clean and even got them looking GREAT! I was not expecting the carpets to look new again. they feel great, they look great! I can wait to replace them now! I will ALWAYS call Joel!

The best carpet cleaning we have ever had. I will never use another comany again. Not only are my carpets the best they have ever looked, Joel was so nice to give me some cleaner for spot cleaning my rug after I said I didn't want to add the rug to the service. He also spot cleaned it anyway for free. My microfiber couches look brand new again. I can't say enough good about Utah Carpets Plus! I am telling all my friends and neighbors to use Joel.

They came and cleaned all our flooring before we moved into our new house. The carpets and tile looked great, and the price was reasonable for such large areas.

They came and cleaned the carpets without much notice. After they left something was stirred up that made them smell bad so we called them back. They came out and agreed that cleaning it brought out a new smell. They are going to come back and take care of it with no additional cost to me. It is inconvenient to have to have it done again, but I believe they did exactly what was expected, unaware of a new problem that would pop up. Stuff happens. And I'm grateful they are willing to come back and take care of it. Plus they give thumbtack shoppers a special deal! :-)
