The best carpet cleaning we have ever had. I will never use another comany again. Not only are my carpets the best they have ever looked, Joel was so nice to give me some cleaner for spot cleaning my rug after I said I didn't want to add the rug to the service. He also spot cleaned it anyway for free. My microfiber couches look brand new again. I can't say enough good about Utah Carpets Plus! I am telling all my friends and neighbors to use Joel.

I LOVED this service! My carpets are 8 yrs old, we have 6 kids and 2 pets (cat and dog). I was ready to rip up the carpets and just have the bare floor. Joel got them SO clean and even got them looking GREAT! I was not expecting the carpets to look new again. they feel great, they look great! I can wait to replace them now! I will ALWAYS call Joel!

My husband and I are new homeowners and the owners before us had a cat that ruined the carpets downstairs. We also let a friend rent our basement room for 2 months who had a new puppy in potty-training. The carpet down there was nasty to say the least! I called Joel and he offered to come out to my house to look at my carpet to see first if it was even cleanable or if I just needed to replace and if so, to give me a quote. That he was willing to take his valuable time to come out to my home for a job that was not even guaranteed speaks volumes in and of itself. He came out the same day that I called him. We were originally just planning on cleaning the carpet in the basement where the cat and dog urine issue was but Joel offered to clean our entire house (four rooms and a set of stairs) at such a great price we went ahead and cleaned everything. There was a red stain in our media room (on light beige carpet) that is completely gone now and the carpet itself looks new! The carpet had come loose off of one of my stairs which he fixed free of charge. He also found that the carpet in our master was really loose by the door and wrinkling so he fixed that at no charge as well. I had concerns about the chemicals left in the carpet because I have pets. He assured me that there was absolutely no chemicals left in the carpet least of all something that would be bad for my fur babies. I could not be happier with my experience. Joel and his partner were punctual, friendly, professional, and fast. I was shocked when they were finished so soon! I can honestly say that I will be calling Joel again and recommending him to everyone I know.
