Carter did an outstanding job on the real estate photoshoot for my property in Utah. I am a very detail-oriented (and admittedly picky) client, and he met every expectation. The initial shoot was excellent; however, due to an oversight on my part, there were visible footprints in the carpet shown on the photos. After we re-vacuumed, Carter promptly returned and reshot all of the rooms, and the results were fantastic.
We scheduled the shoot between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. in December, which turned out to be the ideal time to avoid harsh sunlight streaming into the rooms. Carter’s drone photography was equally impressive, beautifully highlighting key features of the property, including the new driveway, new deck, the backyard, and the expansive HOA common area.
I would not hesitate to hire Carter again for any future real estate photography needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is average cost and may go up or down depending on travel and what requirements you have for me! Just reach out with any questions!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we’d hammer out what details need to be discussed (date of shoot, type, location, deliverables) and then I will send a contract your way. It’s super easy and just keeps everything organized. Then we’d check in a few days before the shoot to make sure everything works, shoot, and I get right to editing. Depending on the shoot, I can have images back to you within a week!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography for over a year before launching my business. Now I take courses when I’m not shooting! I worked as a real estate photographer for a year and have been running my own business for over 2.
