We were very pleased with Carter's honesty and professionalism. He discovered that the leak we had was due to the toilet being originally damaged when it was first installed thereby causing the problem. We have notified the installer to replace the toilet since it was still under warranty.

We had such a great experience with Expert Plumbing, Heating, and Air. From the beginning of booking the appointment and how fast they were able to come and take care of our water heater. They were on time and gave us all our options to fix the issue we were having instead of upselling me on unnecessary things. The respect this company has for you is so great because as a new homeowner we don't always know what is best or right but the amount of information that they give you makes you feel confident in the product you are getting and value from this company. Allen was so great. He called us before both appointments and even showed up early for our first appointment. He made sure that the work was done in a timely manner and that all our questions were answered before and after he completed the work. When Allen and Spencer came to install our new water heater there were quick and efficient in completing the work in a timely manner so that we could get hot water back in our home. The fact that this company has such great, honest, hard working people will make me want to use them again and again. Thank you for such a great experience Expert Plumbing, Heating, and Air. We had a great experience with Expert Plumbing, Heating, and Air. They were very communicative about our scheduled appointment - you get confirmation emails and texts beforehand and when they are on their way. They were able to install a new hose bibb on the back of our house for us that was well done and done quickly. Our technician, Allen, was super friendly and respectful - would hire again.

We have a $29 regular hours (8am-6pm) service fee to come to your residence or business and give you a straightforward price. We have a standard pricing guide that our technicians can show you exactly what it will cost to do your repair or replacement.

Our service manager has 30+ years of experience. Our technicians typically have more than 20 years of experience and are continuing their education on a yearly basis. We are on the cutting edge of new technology for plumbing, heating and air.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our owner started working with his father in plumbing at the age of 14. He grew up in the industry and has been doing business on his own for 15+ years. Some of our technicians are 2nd and 3rd generation plumbers!
