Joseph and his team has done a great job in trimming the bushes and pruning bigger trees last Wednesday. In spite of the stormy weather conditions and heat, they have finished the job on time. They listened to our needs and fulfilled our requests with patience. I would recommend their tree removal services to anyone who needs them.

They did exactly what I asked at such a reasonable price I was so surprised. The job was a very difficult one and they did it with care. I have 4 pine trees that were seriously overgrown and they trimmed them all and cleaned everything up that there was nothing else for me to do! They also explained to me the downside of trimming too much, but they still left the decision up to me. I decided to take their advice. I am definitely hiring them at least once a year to do turning on the trees.

I contacted Good Guys for a bid to take care of my property. They were very responsive and timely in contacting me. We scheduled the work to be completed. They showed up at the time. They stated they worked very very hard and did a fantastic job. I have a rather large yard and they took the time to ensure that all areas of my concern were addressed. I really appreciate these guys. You would be hard-pressed to find a better crew of workers. I will definitely contact them in the future when I need to trim these trees again wonderful experience I would highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to offer price match if it is in our budget. We give discounts for spreading our company through (referrals, facebook, and etc). We charge per man hour. We take into account the cost per man, and equipment usage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start off with explaining what is best for the trees health. From there we ask what they want ultimately. After we explain our process of completing the task and the actual cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed enced through the state of Utah. Certified Fal 3 from the state aswell. We have been trained by professionals who have been in the buisness for over 30 years.
