Ian and his crew did a great job removing two Japanese black pines that had died. Ian responded quickly to my request for a quote and the cost quoted was reasonable, much less than I had anticipated it would cost. He and the crew showed up when they said they would be here. Ian came early to make sure everything would be set up correctly. They worked quickly to remove the trees and did a great job cleaning everything up. I have one tree left but it‘s still looking healthy. However, when the time comes to remove that tree I’ll call Good Guys directly to do the job. Ian and his crew are very personable and friendly. I highly recommend them if you need any tree or yard work done.

Joseph with Good Guy tree service was awesome to work with. Very friendly and great at communicating with me about our tree being removed. Price quoted to removetree came in good also. The team he brought with him Ian and not sure the other guys name were also great even helped scoop dog poop which we forgot to do, opps. Great guys!! They worked fast, hauled off our tree mess and cleaned up! I would highly recommend using Good Guys Tree Service for your treeremoval.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to offer price match if it is in our budget. We give discounts for spreading our company through (referrals, facebook, and etc). We charge per man hour. We take into account the cost per man, and equipment usage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start off with explaining what is best for the trees health. From there we ask what they want ultimately. After we explain our process of completing the task and the actual cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed enced through the state of Utah. Certified Fal 3 from the state aswell. We have been trained by professionals who have been in the business for over 30 years.
