I called Omar a couple of days go, he answered right away and found a solution for my dryer that was not turning on. He has such a wonderful customer service and is so responsible. Would definitely hire him again!

My LG refrigerator stop cooling last Friday so I was very frustrated I found usa appliance Repair I decided to call them the same day and omar right away scheduled an appointment to stop by and look at my fridge
He found the problem and he realized that he had to go to the appliance parts company to get the parts
So after around 3 hrs later he fixed my fridge and resolved the problem the same day
I'm very pleased with omar
For fixing my refrigerator the same day
I will recommend to all my friends.

Okay, so I normally don't write reviews, I just pay them for their service (even though it was okay) and call it a day. However, Omar did such a great job that I feel he deserves 7 stars. I was having issues with my drier, it wasn't working at all and Omar did his thing, fixed my drier right away, he is respectful, and has great customer service. It's the type of service you would say "this dude needs a raise!"
Would totally hire him again. Thank you!

I called Omar on his KLS business he was so on time that I was amazed. We had an issue with my dishwasher Omar said that the main board was the problem but he also said that there can be more issues after replacing the board we decided to buy the board and unfortunately that didn’t fixed so we decided to buy a brand from him he applied the money towards the new one, who does that? We’ll he did. He even told me after replacing the part “I won’t charge you for labor since I didn’t fixed” even he did his job. Very honest guy, very professional and very neat with his tools and everything. I do recommend use him as a tech.
