My name is Nuno Dias, and I have over 9 years of construction experience in Utah. I started LND Construction 5 years ago, specializing in deck building, deck repair, and structural reinforcement.

Nuno was wonderful to work with! He was very good at communicating what work he was planning to do on what days and at what times. He even took pictures of his progress to show the quality work he was performing while I was at work. He is a skilled metal worker; he did an excellent job welding and installing a rail for my patio. He even did the cement work! I would highly recommend Nuno for any type of metal work.

I could not be happier with the work done by Nuno and his crew. He put me in his schedule but was able to come one week earlier. He knew exactly what to do, reinstalled the posts, put the railing back together and put the siding back on. All in about three or four hours. I Highly recommend him.

LND knocked it out of the park for us! From demo to completion the process was great. I work from home and have done remodel contracting myself so I watched Nuno and his crew like hawk but never had to micro manage or request any changes. We love our new deck and hope they will come back soon to do the smaller job in the front of our house in spring. We really enjoyed having them here for the week or so it took for the project. Great guys all around. I couldn’t recommend them more! Some before, during and after pictures
