FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price you are quoted is the price you pay for us to do the job. Even if certain things happen that add more to our cost your up front pricing will not change. We offer a 100% satisfaction, make it right guarantee from 1 year of the service date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to gain a basic understanding through our initial contact of a brief description of the issue you are having, or scope of work you are needing done. Please provide as many details as possible relevant to your work order. We can do our best to give you rough estimates remotely, however we cannot provide a true quote until we are on site and understanding what the scope of the situation is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for over ten years working in various capacities. Most notably in the form of a master service technician and installer. I have a very high standard for quality craftsmanship that will last for many years. I am industry certified and licensed. I hold many other certifications such as the RMGA certification, the NATE certification, among others. I have a great deal of experience with a multitude of different types of mechanical equipment ranging from boilers, gas furnaces, and water heaters to heat pumps and radiant systems.
