I engaged Graphite Studios to Design plans for our family vacation home. My wife and I worked closely with Matthew Rittmanic the principal of Graphite Studios. He was extremely responsive and timely. He gave me his personal cell phone and I was able to reach him anytime. His work quality was impeccable. Matthew was able to interpret the style and feel we were going for while remaining aware of our construction budget. He successfully drafted our vision to final construction plans. It was required that the home plans be presented to an Architectural Review Committee for approval. Matthew met with the board members at the build site to review the positioning of the home on the lot. He presented color boards and material samples to the board members. Matthew successfully and seamlessly navigated the SARC process. He is currently working in tandem w our builder to ensure our finished project is built to our expectations. I am a real estate developer in Philadelphia. I have worked w many different architects designing numerous residential and commercial projects over a 20 year period. Matthew is one of the best I have ever worked with. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend!!!
