I had an electrical issue (bad plugs) at a rental unit I have, and I contacted Tom. He responded immediately, was at the property within a couple of hours, and fixed the problem quickly. What a pleasant experience it was working with Tom! He showed up exactly when he said he would, charged me exactly what he estimated, and was professional and friendly. He was able to replace an old light fixture with a LED fixture. It took him less than an hour and it looks great! We will definitely reach out to Tom if any other home repairs are needed.
