Carlos and Patricia did a great job with my pre-move-in cleaning. The previous owners left the house very dirty, and these two did a great job with attention to detail. They cleaned the windows, thoroughly scrubbed bathrooms & kitchen, cleaned refrigerator, cleaned out the majority of closets and drawers, and swept/mopped/dusted anything else that needed it. Highly recommend!

Carlos, Patricia and the team were absolutely incredible. They started with a deep clean on my absolutely filthy house I just moved into and now my house looks SPARKLING. I’m happy to feel like I can invite other people to my house now. They helped clean a lot of previous mess that the prior tenants had left i.e. tape everywhere, broken tile in the bathrooms, and grime on/in the cabinets. They also did some light organizing and really were detail oriented. My doggos also loved them which is a huge plus! :D

I have had the most difficult time finding the right company to clean my home, in the way I would expect to see a deep cleaning service would look like! It kind of blows my mind what people miss & or don’t even touch while cleaning my home..
UNTIL NOW!!!! I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this company and their team! They have cleaned my home to perfection 2 times now! I think one of the best things I can say about them is how quickly they respond to you and and how great their communication with you is. The first time they came I asked a lot of them! A major deep cleaning along with cleaning out all my drawers and cabinets. They did an awesome job! They did miss a couple of things, so I sent a text letting them know and they came back no questions asked in less then 10 minutes it was remarkable!! I pointed out a few things that didn’t get done to my OCD standard and they immediately started cleaning those areas! The second time they came they remembered and it was perfect! And the price! Really!? Such an amazing deal for the quality of work they all do!!!! Thank you so much Patricia to you and your team at Checklist Cleaning! They did a fantastic job deep cleaning our home. Got into nooks I never would've thought about cleaning.
We definitely will have them come back regularly.
Note: Just a heads up their price is $20/hr PER PERSON and they sent 4 people. I was a little caught off guard by that but that was my own fault for not reading carefully. They are definitely worth the price.

We had Checklist Services come out to do a deep clean on our house just yesterday. They did a truly impeccable job! My house looked and smelled wonderful when I got home last night. It was such a treat! Their attention to detail is amazing. That's one thing I was really looking for. They worked extremely hard and they did everything on my checklist! I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They were great at communicating with me both before, during, and after the job was done. They were up front and honest in their pricing so that I knew exactly what I would be paying for when they arrived. They were on time, they were professional, and the job they did was impeccable. My house looks so, so great! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great house cleaning. I will definitely hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is 24/hour/person. It is included laundry, windows inside, fridge, oven, supplies and transportation. I offer $12 off for reference. After schedule concluded.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I realized that typically no two jobs are the same. So, I strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job.
Priorities +price= good deal!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First of all, I'm meticulous person that helped me to get the cleaning’s skills. In addition, I worked at BYU for two years getting many cleaning certificates and informal training by many companies that I worked for.
