A mostly good job but there was a lack of attention to the specific things I asked to be done. I specified several times that I wanted my kitchen floor to be mopped and cleaned super well, and it wasn’t touched. There were streaks left on mirrors, tooth paste left on the mirrors and the stainless steel sink handles were neglected, as well as one of the bathroom sinks. My biggest issue though is the kitchen floor after I specified several times how thoroughly I wanted it to be cleaned. My kitchen and dining room are hardwood and take up the majority of the main floor in my home, so this is a huge area to be ignored. I’m skeptical that they mopped the bathroom floors either. I do a great job maintaining my home between deep cleanings, so it isn’t as if my home is so filthy that these things can’t be done efficiently. I only hire someone to help clean when necessary, like this time I had surgery, so it’s frustrating when you pay for a service and don’t feel like you’re getting what you paid for. The owner offered to come fix the mistakes today, specifically the kitchen floor. I ended up agreeing, and then she changed being able to fix the mistakes to tomorrow instead. I told her I would just do it myself at that point.
