- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel, set up and take down are all included in the base price of renting the booth! (No additional or hidden fees!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we confirm hours and dates, then you get an invoice that's how you know you are confirmed! After that we start working on custom template design for your event then we are all ready to go!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with wedding planners, brides, MOTB etc. As well as companies for holiday and work events. I also work with families to do parties and community events!
