These folks manage my two rental properties and they do a great job. They scrub the tenants to make sure we get the right family in there. Their online system tells me what my income is and if I have any repair expenses. They let me know every year where they think I should adjust rent to in order to both maximize my income and keep the current tenant happy. I highly recommend Joseph Thomas Real Estate!

I have had nothing but incredible experiences with Joseph Thomas PropertyManagement. I've been working with Joseph Thomas Real Estate for 5 years, and they have been great. They handle everything from contracts, repairs, and finding tenants so that I don't have to worry about a thing. They will reach out on important decisions, but otherwise I don't have to worry about the day-to-day of managing the property and it's been great. I would highly recommend.
