What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price the way we do because we can deliver clean, beautiful software quickly, so we want to work with people who value that and who have the funding to be able to accomplish a project correctly. We charge $65 an hour for development time
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process:
Step 1: Define Project Objectives
We begin by working with you to define your objectives through creating user personas and doing competitive analysis. Next we create user flows to map out potential interactions, gathering user feedback to make sure we’re on track. Then we create a wireframe of your application.
Step 2: Design in High Fidelity
After the intial work has been done to validate the process of the app, we dive into a higher fidelity version of the mock-up. We generate style concepts, a style guide and a high fidelity mockup. Once we’ve created the mockup we go through another round of testing with users.
Step 3: Finalize the contract, build the app
After the high fidelity design is complete, we are able to accurately scope out the project. We’ll give you a high and a low estimate based on the project, and show you what factors will lead to each outcome. Once we come to an agreement on the scope of the project, we send you a final contract. After your signature, we map out how the app will be developed within our team, and then we’ll meet with you on a regular schedule to show you as the app progresses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the software engineers in our company have completed a bachelor’s degree in either Software Engineering or Computer Science. Our UX designer has more than 8 years of experience in industry in creating interfaces for clients.
