When I started working with Alec about 6 months ago, I wasn’t comfortable in the gym. I didn’t know how to use weights well and I struggled with sticking to my workout and weight loss goals. Alec’s helped me to turn that all around. He’s incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He talks me through each movement, explaining how it targets each muscle region while emphasizing form first so I don’t hurt myself. I went from not knowing what a deadlift is, to lifting 155lbs confidently. He’s quick to build alternate workout plans when I show up with movement restrictions. Lastly he’s helped teach me healthier eating habits to promote recovery and weight loss. Alec’s helped me feel comfortable in my skin again. 11/10 can’t recommend him enough.
