- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally, house cleaning depends on how many rooms and bathrooms there are. With every reoccurrence, we have a discount. So if our client wants a recurrence every two weeks, they get a 5% discount. For more information, you can always contact us at the phone number provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, we first explain what services we do with the package they choose. After we have contacted them and they agreed with the quote sent, we can schedule an appointment, and start working with them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working hard with other companies, I realized that they weren't being fair. Overpricing and not giving full work quality. So one day, I built my own company making sure to give fair and affordable prices and also making sure that work quality was to the clients satisfaction.
