- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no set pricing. The price is based on the square footage, the type of structure needing treated, what is causing the odor, number of treatments required, and the distance I have to travel to the location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally ask a few questions to give me an idea what kind of odor it is they are dealing with like what is causing the odor, what is this a home or business, and how large the area estimated square footage? I will come and do an assessment before treatment since there are odors that I might be able to neutralize.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of on the job experience.
