I was very lucky to find Lot99 Design. I am a first time home builder and Kade has helped us through the entire process. He designed the perfect house for us meeting all of our specifications while at the same time making recommendations that we are incredibly thankful for now. We are building in a very difficult county as far as inspections and permits go. Kade has answered questions, given advice, resolved issues, and made necessary changes for the county immediately. Working with Kade has hands down been the best part of this build so far, and I cannot wait to work with him again on our next project next year.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the following as part of your design package.:
Foundation plan
Floor plan(s)
Ceiling plan(s)
Roof plan
Exterior elevations
Building sections
Large scale plans with interior elevations
MEP plans (schematic only)
Renderings
I currently design around $.75 per square foot of conditioned space and $.25 per square foot of unconditioned space. I typically require 50% down to begin the project and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project. I do offer a discount if the full balance is paid up front.
I allow for unlimited changes and modifications without additional fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer over Zoom or look at their Pinterest boards and then I come up with a concept based on your wants and needs. Once we have a 3D model to review we can then start the detailing process and finish out your construction documents.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working under the direct supervision of Architects and Engineers since 2004. I am currently finishing up my degree in Architecture and plan to be licensed in all 50 states eventually.
