Steve was right on time and was very professional. He recognized the problem, explained it to me in a layman's term, and fixed it. His charge was minimal as compared to the computer technician that I had before him and who could not fix any of my problems. He is now my computer problem solver, and I was lucky to find him.

He was able to get to us quick, get us back up and running. He offered some suggestions to make the computer faster that cost some money but when he was done the computer it zips every where it goes. I would highly recomend and use again. Thanks, Clay

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't try to save a few dollars having friends, family or someone with only a year or two of experience fix your computer. In the long run I will save you more money and lower your frustration level significantly.
