- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Work will be completed as estimate outlines. Any work not on estimate will need a separate estimate accepted to do additional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet for consultation — gather job scope info — supply estimate in timely manner — customer excepts estimate and schedules start date — myself/crew show up on time and complete job professionally, correctly, and with meticulous detail
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is 10+ years in the residential building industry. Starting with rough carpentry (framing), finishing carpentry, superintendent for a custom home builder, builder warranty manager, and running a handyman business 4+ years in southern Utah.
