Was on time and he will be back to finish the work had problems and he is troubleshooting the problem and when he finds the solution he will be back to finish the job. Was able to do some of the items on my list but we will see if he can solve the really big one which I have. Very Happy with him and he will be back again when I have more problems in the future.

This guy is a pro. When I say pro I mean he's a real pro. He has very obviously been doing this kind of thing for a living for a long time and that experience pays off. Twice during the installation of my appliances we ran into snags, one because of previous installers breaking something and another because a part was not included with my delivered appliances. Dave had solutions to both almost immediately. Sometimes it really is worth it to pay a pro and Dave is one such man. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs anything done. I mean after my experience with him I'm also going to have him install tile throughout my house.
Dave swapped out and moved a poorly placed chandelier that had been bugging me since I moved in. The light is actually over my table now and the work was reasonably priced and easy to schedule!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the big question how much? always good to ask is job by the hour or by another method. not all jobs can be done by the hour, some are done by the sq. ft. and other details taken into considerations. like special or tricky cuts, skill set of a job, 1 thing always to remember is having the right tools the knowledge and resources is not cheap.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to throw ideas out there and give different cost factors as to possibly save money and or benefits of some products over others. also tell them to be aware of home shows and other publications to get great ideas from.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all of my training has been hands on and of course alot of youtube U.
