I couldn't have been more disappointed with the quality of the work. There were streaks, smears and drops on nearly every window. The frames of the windows were not wiped down and had dirty drops of water on them following the cleaning. The screens were as dirty after the cleaning as they were before. It was all about getting in and out as quickly as possible, and not making sure the job was done correctly. The workers did not appear to be qualified window cleaners, just a couple of students looking for a quick paycheck, until something better came along. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the job, they chose to refund me $35 of the $105 paid rather than do the job right.

There is always two sides to a story, the customer call me a week after the job was performed and after several days of rain. I'm not saying we are perfect, if a call was made a day or two after the service was preformed we would of gladly fixed the effected windows. I gave him $35 for compensation. Again the call to me with complaints was over a week after work was done and several days of rain.

Travis cleaned and sealed our Slate floors with a high gloss sealer. The color popped right out it looks beautiful! I could not be happier with the outcome!!
