- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $50 discount for plumbing installations and repairs over $200. All jobs include a 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 14 years of experience and operate with a Master Plumbing license as well as a Contractor's license. Our lead technician is MedGas Certified. We are always up to date on Plumbing Code so that any repairs are brought up to code and new installations will always pass inspection.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that they are licensed for the work they are doing and that they are pulling the proper permits for the job. Make sure that they are up to date on Plumbing Code. For example - if you replace a water heater and code updates are required, they should include code updates in the estimate and they should be able to explain the code requirements needed to properly complete the job. If you are installing or replacing Gas Lines they should understand how to calculate volume and meet all code requirements. All jobs must consider safety concerns such as vicinity to other systems ( Electrical, Ventilation, etc.).
