I called them over to replace the inside of the toilet, I had a universal kit and all the parts available the technician arrived and attempted to install it, that didn’t work and there was a pretty significant leak so I let them know they needed to come back. They came back showed me it was holding water, I quickly glanced and all seemed ok, but after letting it sit on for 15 minutes I noticed significant water coming from the bowl. Not to mention the valve from the wall was leaking significantly and was worse off than when I began the project.
Ultimately I asked for a refund since the issue wasn’t fixed, and I wanted to hire someone who would be willing to fix it. I believe both times they arrived they wanted to leave so they did a half-assed job since it was close to the end of the work day. I definitely don’t recommend. I proceeded to hire a different plumber who quickly confirmed the kit was installed incorrectly and he gave me helpful information on next steps for my plumbing and how to prevent any further damage.
