Pro Master has been amazing to work with. Our water heater went out and our rental company (Rhino Property Management) was no help. We contacted Pro Master and they came out same day and then when it didn’t work again that afternoon we reached out over the weekend and they came out on their day off (a Monday holiday) and got it going for that day and ordered the parts needed. They got the parts rushed and re-worked their schedule to come out today since it is not working again. I know that they are going to get the water heater running and for that I am forever grateful. They are professional, personable and just genuinely kind.
