Introduction: The heating and cooling business has sadly inherited a bad reputation because of unethical practices by various companies. In our opinion, there must never be a time when a person lets a technician into their home only to find that what was agreed was nowhere near what was performed (bait and switch). If a rate is quoted, it should be honored. We only use upfront cost; what we quote (before any repair) is what we invoice. A person must feel comfortable in returning to a company and must be able to depend on that co. to honestly fulfill their comfort needs for as long as comfort needs exist. They must not have to find a new business each time a new problem appears. Only 1 name must come to their mind, and it must give them peace of mind in knowing they have that co. to depend on, and that co. will be there for them when they need them and will deal with them and their house with respect. A person must feel confident in referring that business to their family and friends, knowing that they'll be treated with the same respect.
