After another place tried to scare me into buying an entirely new system (saying there were too many urgent issues and that the entire furnace had to be replaced immediately), I had these guys come by for a second opinion. They explained all the exaggerations made by the other company, showed me everything so I understood what was going on, and got my furnace up and running like new. Companies like this are rare. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed my problem and ordered the parts for my repair within less than an hour. I was given an exact cost for the repair that I could approve before they continued.A technician was scheduled for the next day who arrived on site with the needed parts and made the repair. He showed me the old parts that had been replaced and told me this repair should last several years. My dryer is quiet and runs like it is brand new now. If you are looking through HVAC contractors stop and just hire these guys they are the best. They saved me over 7 thousand dollars from a larger well known company. Anthony was very professional and non-pushy. He answered all and any questions and I had and even went the extra mile to cut in an access door and modified an existing duct free of charge. Anthony is very knowledgeable in his field and I will be giving him a call for future projects.
