- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do. To be fair to both parties I prefer hourly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is to gain a good understanding of the work to be done and the client's expectations for completion. Then do my best to be on time, on budget, and deliver as promised.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a student and if i dont know how to do something, I will when I am done. I attended community college for welding, itt tech for drafting, seminars for hydrolics, machining and many others on the job or self taught.
