- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A personal consultation by phone or in person to understand the needs and the desires of the host for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do research to learn about new recipes for both the non-alcoholic and alcoholic bars. We also stay apprised of the current state laws and have training meetings with our staff on customer service and other tips to make things go smoothly. Naturally all bartenders are certified through the State of Utah to serve alcoholic beverages.
