- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job can be unique in its own way. Therefore, we try to keep the price fair and reasonable in all circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer many ways to get a quote to new customers. We can do it over the phone, through email, or on-site. Before beginning the job we will do a thorough walk through detailing the areas needing to be cleaned and answer any questions the customer may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning and carpet cleaning business for over 20 years.
