- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While cleaning carpet I saw a great need for repairs. I didn't have anyone to refer customers to so I began doing them myself. It got to the point where that's all the company I was working had me do until I decided to break off and start my own business, while keeping them as a referral partner.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Restretching (fixing ripples, bubbles, etc.) and repairing pet damage.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Although I don't install carpet very often, my most recent job was an entire two story home install. The customer was under a time crunch and couldn't find anyone else to do it sooner so I rearranged my schedule to accommodate his need.
