They responded to my initial call quickly. The original call quickly. The original call was between 7 AM and 7:30 AM. They had a technician out the diagnose my problem by 9:30. Their technician was professional, and we discussed my options when the problem was found, and he gave me advice as needed will definitely be using them again.

Brought them in to assess my washer and they were honest with me about its condition even if it meant they didn’t get the work. I appreciate them being transparent about the fact I was better off replacing it than repairing rather than taking me down an endless rabbit hole of repairs.

Had an issue with LG refrigerator ice maker. During the initial visit the tech reviewed, dismantled and made a quick repair in hopes it would solve the issue. The “fix” was unfortunately temporary. A few weeks later the ice maker again malfunctioned. I emailed Baseline, on the weekend, and the tech arrived with a replacement that Monday morning. I appreciated the quick response, the initial attempted repair rather than just an immediate replacement, and them responding with a new part first thing.
Hopefully we’ll never need them but if necessary they will be the first company I’ll call.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try our best to understand your problem as best as we can and give quotes over the phone whenever possible to save you the headache of having to entertain 3 different contractors just to understand the cost of your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each technician is well-trained, licensed, and certified to perform all of the work that we complete. We have a very selective hiring process that leaves us with only the best of the best technicians (including a filter for friendliness).
