- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a smaller company with low over head and offer substantially better pricing than the large companies with higher quality and more training than the unlicensed guys
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer regarding scope of work, provide pricing, schedule work, receive deposit upon delivery of materials, complete work, take payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 hours per class, 3 nights a week, 5 year Union apprenticeship in addition to 40-50hr/wk on the job training.
