- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing totally depends on the job. This is why it’s very helpful if someone can come see the project to give a proper estimate or bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with new customers all the time, I think what’s more important is coming out and seeing what the job is and how I can fix it or replace it or install it, and give a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated HVAC school in 2015, I have my universal EPA license and specialized license in 410 A, I have my S350 HVAC contractors license and B100 general contractors license and have liability insurance for all work.
