Paid Eddie 3k to pull out old grass,build a little retaining wall and take some little trees out.He was to top soil the yard for sod and level it out. First half went great,showed up on time and was really nice.Was waiting for my top soil,so I called and his trailer was broke, so I understood.Called him 5 days later and he said he would be here with the last of the topsoil.Never heard from the guy again.Left messages,texts ect. He basically did half of what I paid him to do,So now I'm stuck leveling and buying my own topsoil to finish what he couldn't. And his workers left a huge mess in my neighbors yard,lunch wrappers and left empty drink bottles in their bird feeder,Stole the cooler I let them use for water(because I was trying to be nice).They gave each other haircuts in my backyard without asking...The list goes on. His work is good,but very very unprofessional.He will abandon the work once he realizes theres no more money to suck out of you. I do not recommend these guys.

I called Etika for an estimate, he came out within a couple hours, gave a very reasonably priced estimate and had his crew out working within an hour or so. They cleaned up the area, removed necessary grass, had road mix delivered a compacted before the end of the day. Concrete was poured first thing the next morning. The quality of work is excellent, the timing and efficiency amazed me. Only gave four stars due to excessive thickness on concrete, instead of normal 4" for patio its 6" sometimes thicker which costed me extra in concrete, but at least it's durable. Rebar was forgotten in one section but he was more than willing to price adjust for it and give a personal guarantee and warrantee for his work. We are very happy to have a completed patio in a 24 hour period.

Initially Eddie (Etika) came out for a fence estimate install. With his background he was able to see some issues we would have should we install a fence on the crumbling retaining wall we had. He suggested several methods to fix and reinforce the wall. We decided to have him build a nice rock retaining wall with the fence posts in the wall for extra support. The wall looks very classy and stable. He also dug out 12+ stumps, removed eight big trees and a handful of shrubs, poured and finished a great slab of concrete and leveled the backyard for sod install. He and his team did great work! Were easy to work with and most importantly for us he provided lots of suggestions and guidance for possible future projects. I would highly recommend Etika Saafi!

I hired Etika to do some concrete work on my RV pad. Out of the 6 contracters I was in contact through thumbtack Etika was the only to show up for his appointment. Lucky for me he did. They knocked out the job in a day and ahalf, cleaned up and I am very happy with the job they did. Hard workers, on time, reliable and reasonable priced! What more can you ask for in a contractor.
