Eric cleaned up my pc and helped me find the right parts! He restored windows on my computer and reconfigured my motherboard to work correctly. He saved me a lot of money on parts which was so nice. He’s very professional and his work is genuine.

Eric took my computer with a faulty hard drive and transformed it as if it was a completely new computer. He replaced the old drive with a solid state drive and gave me an outstanding price. I thought I needed a different size drive, but upon his inspection he recommended a drive that had plenty of space for my needs, thus saving me money. Eric was very respectful of my home and was very vigilant in wearing a mask, and wiping down the areas he had touched. I would give him a 10 if that was possible. Thanks Eric for your outstanding customer service and speedy work.

I am so happy I found Eric to help me with my computer needs. I reached out to him to have him help me with sorting out my photographs on my computer and help with a few updates. He responded quickly and let me know beforehand any costs before we proceeded. He helped me understand what the issues where with my computer and that it needed to have a hard drive update as well as suggested great ways for me to store and organize my photos and files. He offered and I felt confident to leave my computer with him to have him update and clean up my computer for me even though I had never met him. He was very professional and got my computer refreshed and running as an almost new computer. After I got my computer back I had questions on how to do a few things and he was more than happy to help and answer all my questions. If you have any computer needs, definitely let Eric help you! I'll be having my husband use him and will use him in the future!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    All repairs require a diagnostics fee of $79; This covers my cost to pick up, drop off and provide an estimate of the repair or upgrade needed. If you decide to move forward with a repair, I will include that fee as part of the repair.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I tend to try and gather info about the product, customer use, and how they are expecting it to work. I will then create a solution that best suits the customer based on user needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    12 years of experience working with computers and helping customers with their technology needs.
