- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fair and I won't do something poorly just because it's cheaper. I value my time and finished work product so it costs, what it costs. I'm reasonable and have a desire to work with people that are honest and trustworthy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet them and understand their expectations and if I am the right person for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a business school college grad who grew up in the Midwest building, remodeling personal and paid for projects nearly every summer to off-set my passions or alpine skiing.
