I highly recommend Josh. The first thing that impressed me was that he did an on-site estimate and really listened to what we wanted. When discussing the plans initially and throughout the project, he made recommendations and provided sound rationale for those recommendations. We always felt that we were part of the decision process during the project: he consulted with at decision points, he kept us aware of issues, etc. He was on time, communicated with us if there were changes to his schedule and he was always on site (he didn't leave the crew there to do the work while he away on another project). This project has helped us enjoy our yard much more and our friends and family have all given it high praises.

Have a beautiful 18x15 deck with iron railing. It was completed in the timeframe Josh stated. His craftmanship and detail is shown in all areas but loved the stairs. I would highly recommend his company.
