My name is Oba, and I've been in the entertainment industry and DJing for about 8 years. I enjoy most music and would frequently listen to a variety of music genres; this is what has helped me develop my music selections and DJ skills over the years.
My main interests are Afrobeats, HipHop, and Dancehall, but as a music lover and an Open Format DJ, I am great at mixing all genres of music, including but not limited to Jazz, Latin, Oldies, Country, Pop, Top40s, and so on.
My priority is quality. Even when it's time consuming, I don't cut corners. I will bring the best equipment to your events and properly prepare to ensure that your dance floor is packed and that you are completely satisfied.

Dj Oba goes to great lengths to ensure his audience is entertained throughout the night. I always have a great time whenever I attend one of DJ Oba events, he is awesome and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ in Utah.

DJ Oba has been a pleasure to work with. His responsiveness is sure one to beat. We needed a DJ for a last minute event and he came through for us. The quality and value for his workmanship was top notch and his playlist was what we needed for our event and more. The event was lit and all our guests sure had a good time.
