- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced among other service providers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we would like to get an exact number of vents, returns (vent with filter), hvac units, and dryer vents to get the exact quote to you before scheduling or arrival so that there is no miscommunication. We do not have hidden fee's or up-charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We started our business after doing this service for a local restoration company. After using the equipment provided and doing some research we found that there were a lot better cleaning methods and equipment in the industry. So we made the jump, bought the best equipment in the industry and follow all NADCA standards.
