Mike was very responsive in his communication and knows his trade well. He checked in frequently to ensure we were satisfied before, during and after the project. He performed the work efficiently and the lights looked very nice once he was done.

We set up 3 separate times to meet in order to give a bid, each time the electrician failed to show up without giving notice. After the 3rd failed appointment, the electrician left a voicemail stating he was sorry he didn't show up and wanted to reschedule. I didn't call him back.
