In the past I’ve had a hard time finding a photographer that communicates well, provides quality content and gives a clear timeline on when I can expect photos back (and actually sticks to it). I was starting to think it wasn’t possible - until I found BW Productions. We had a last minute need for a corporate event after another photographer dropped out (see my “hard time” above), and Brent from BW Productions responded quickly and kindly. His team moved fast, asked great questions and arrived early to the event. I can’t tell you how much this put my mind at ease as I was taking care of other things in running the event. The best part was that I received the edited photos the morning after the event - I was SHOCKED! Events are stressful and I loved not having to worry about what our photographer was doing or if they would get the shots I requested. Brent’s communication before the event about what our needs and wants were made me feel totally at ease. We loved working with Kevin. While there are many great things, I think my favorite aspect was how much he cared to understand what we wanted out of our event photos and worked to really get the proper vibe to help accomplish our goals. I also loved that he based pricing off our event and goals v. hours. This was a different setup than I had ever worked with before, but it ended up being fantastic. Because of that, he took the time to really understand the project, read the room and get the right photos without rushing due to being on more of an hourly setup. It also relieved the stress on my side as I was able to let him get a good understanding of the space and our hopes from the photos and accomplish it, instead of ever wondering why he wasn't frantically taking photos to maximize my hours. In the end, we ended up with great shots and a wonderful experience. Kevin also has a calm energy to have in your event, which is really appreciated as he fits in nicely, allowing people to be comfortable and just enjoying their event. Thank you, Kevin! We will certainly reach out if we ever have more photography needs!
