- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
25% non refundable payment towards services due to book. Remaining 75% of service cost due before event, or day of pre-departure of artist from venue. Early mornings: Happy to wake up early to accommodate your schedule! For start times prior to 7:00 am, a $100/hour fee for every hour is required. For start times prior to 6:00 am, a fee to cover overnight accommodations is required. Additional Artists: An extra set of skilled hands is recommended and required for parties over 5 persons. Having an additional makeup artist expedites the process, especially for larger parties and are available at $200/ artist. Typically, a party of 6-8 would require 2 artists. Parties of 12-14 persons require 3 artists. Services also subject to travel fees based on distance/ artist.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to hear about your ideas and I highly recommend booking a trial so that we can experiment and nail down a look you feel good about before your event. This gives us time to make sure that you are prepared for your event and comfortable beforehand with the end result. After a trial service, you'll be ready for wedding announcement photos or a great evening out! If a trial is not within your budget or timeline, I still welcome your look ideas ahead of time through a phone call or email and am confident that on the day of, you will be pleased with the outcome. Also, please note that I offer male makeup services as well to even out skin tones, provide cover up, and limit shine. Bridal makeup services include a portable touch up kit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learning never ends! I attend as many classes, conferences, festivals, and conventions as I am able to throughout the year as well as regular research and practice. I wear a mask during services and practice sanitation and disenfection procedures between services. Enjoy some extra peace of mind knowing that I am using clean brushes, products and tools on you.
