Introduction: I focus on functional muscles and functional training with proper movement/recruitment patterns to increase performance and am able to increase structural integrity helping to increase work capacity. A lot of people don't realize low back, knee and shoulder issues can be alleviated from corrective exercises.
I work in the fitness industry and went to school to be a personal trainer however it wasn't long before I started considering myself a teacher instead of a trainer. The best aspects about what i do is teaching people to better their lives. Seeing a client gain self esteem and confidence or seeing my clients reach and out perform their goals is what has made me stay in this field.
