Introduction: I focus on functional muscles and functional training with proper movement/recruitment patterns to increase performance and am able to increase structural integrity helping to increase work capacity. A lot of people don't realize low back, knee and shoulder issues can be alleviated from corrective exercises. I work in the fitness industry and went to school to be a personal trainer however it wasn't long before I started considering myself a teacher instead of a trainer. The best aspects about what i do is teaching people to better their lives. Seeing a client gain self esteem and confidence or seeing my clients reach and out perform their goals is what has made me stay in this field.

I began training with Cameron several years ago, and my results were outstanding. He has the knowledge-base, interpersonal skills, and experience that makes a great trainer. As a female, I felt very comfortable working with Cameron.

Getting Cameron as my trainer was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He has been my trainer for a little over a year and the results have been amazing. I'm 20 lbs lighter and 2 sizes smaller. I look better and feel better than I have in years. His knowledge of exercise is A+.
