Overcharged by $25 after agreeing in writing to unclog a drain for $65, he charged $90. I called him by phone and he said he would refund the overcharge of $65 then after a few days he still had not refunded the money and then denied agreeing to refund it. He said, "the way i see it,i think thumbtack its full of customers,that like you that, they want job done for pennies con the Dollar," Beware of service people who only want to be paid by cash or check because there is a reason they won't take credit cards to avoid leaving a customer recourse for a situation like this.

We Tried Our Best To Make Our Customer Happy,Custmers Have To Understand,That We Can,t Not Cuote A Final Price,Whit Out Go To The Job Site And See The Work,Some Jobs Are Diferents One To The Next,Contractors And Service People Have To Be Aware,Each Job is Diferent,its Imposible To,Cuote A Price Whit Out See The Job First,We Cuote A Price In This Job,Even Before We Star,The Tenant Pay Us Happy And The Job Was Done,No Complaints,if The Landlord As This Case,Have Any Disputes,Is Between The Landlord And The Tenant,Not Us,The Job Was Done,We Cuote Prices Even Before We Star The Job,We Are Not In the Busineses To Over Charge Any Body,Beware Of Customer Who Will Like,To Take Advantages Of Contractors,And Want The Work For Sheap.
