Introduction: As a graduate of The L'Art du Gateau program at the prestigious French Pastry School in Chicago, I was fortunate enough to be taught by some of the greatest Master Cake and Sugar Artists in the world. I also have a diploma in Culinary Arts from The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute of Salt Lake City. In my culinary career I have had the opportunity to serve in many positions including: Pastry Chef at Log Haven Restaurant, Pastry Sous Chef at Westminster College, Executive Chef at Zest Kitchen & Bar and currently Executive Pastry Chef and owner of Bucktown Bakery.

I had custom cookies made from Bucktown and they were exactly what I wanted and showed her in the picture! Good price and easy to pick up. Wasn't a huge fan of the taste but I was still very satisfied!

Natalie was wonderful! I had a really specific theme for a bridal shower and she nailed it with amazing shortbread cookies, FABULOUS rose eclairs and macarons. So delicious and very easy to work with. I'll definitely go back!

Bucktown Bakery did an amazing job! I had them make a cake for a graduation party and they met all of my needs. The chocolate cake was delicious!! They also did the nursing crest on the cake and it looked great. I would highly recommend them!

Chef Natalie made an amazing Elsa cake for my niece's birthday party. Elsa was perfectly drawn and the cake looked amazing and tasted just as good. I highly recommend Bucktown Bakery for any cake or pastry needs! Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and the process was completely hassle-free. Thank you so much again. You made a 5 year-old girl smile so bright when she saw that cake! :)
